we taken the bank loan from citi bank and our loan a/c no is 8598860 at 7% but the banks have increased the interest rate to 13.90% now with our repeated letters and request the bank is not reducing the interest rate.

Pls take neccesary action

    citi bank has reduced the interest rate to 10% for new customers but not for the existing customers , this is not fair.
