I received a book in the mail that I did not order. I do not want to be on the list receive any future books or so called "free bonus gifts", remove my name from any mailing list Better Homes and Gardens has. The invoice states to call the phone number listed but there is NO PHONE NUMBER. I will not pay to return a book I did not order. Any and all subscriptions I may currently have I want canceled. I do not want to continue any association with Better Homes and Gardens.

    It's an order cramming scam..
    It is a violation of postal regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It's a form of mail fraud.
    You have no legal obligation to pay for unordered merchandise, nor are you obligated to return it.
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
