INCOMPETENT SERVICE

I bought ONIDA OXYGEN 250 TV on April 2009, which is not working right now.i complaint(complaint no.1991) about this to onida service center (pathanamthitta,kerala).but last 4 days ,they didn't bother to even look at the complaint.the customer warranthy card makes no sense.kindly help me .
