There are numerous complaints against this company reporting that they are running a "magazine subscription" scam, using deceptive telemarketing to obtain agreement on what sounds like a competitive offer, then fraudulently claiming consumers have agreed to a different offer at inflated prices way beyond publisher prices.  When consumers complain, they claim there are no cancellations on this fabricated "agreement", for which they may claim to have a "recording".

Basically a fraudulent telemarketing/extortion racket, possibly fishing for some "settlement" to cancel and buy them off.

Be aware that it is common for this type of scam to claim to have a "recording" of what they claim is your agreeing to their terms, or they may use doctored, edited, or selectively played phone recordings to fraudulently coerce payment.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the Georgia Attorney General.  There are apparently debt collectors that take these bogus accounts, so if contacted by one, file similar fraud complaints.  File mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector if your receive any fraudulent invoice or collection bill through the U.S. Mail.

For $1111, you could buy 74 magazines for 1 year, or 15 magazines every month for 5 years directly from the publishers, at the typical monthly magazine price of about $15.

All such "subscriptions" would have to involve deceptive offers to sound competitive, followed by threats and coercion to extort payment once the "terms" are changed after the original "agreement".

There are NO legitimate competitive magazine offers that any consumer would accept that would cost over $1000.  The alleged "price" itself is indicative of a scam.
