jerks keep calling me and i have no debt with them

These people keep calling me every day twice a day.  I have no debts that are in collection.  I call the number back and then they tell me they can't find the number in their system but they keep calling me.  I have spoken with a manager and that has done no good.  I am complaining to our attorney general.
