This person,
Eric cister sold a car on ebay in Germany. When I contacted him he said the car was registered in Germany but was in the UK right now. I could see the car but it needed to be transported to Berlin via a Shipping company. I had to pay the company 30% of the car price as a deposit, which would be returned in case i didn´t buy the car. after I transfered the money via western union to an agent called Martin Bart, I recieved an Email asking for another 30%. this made me very suspicious and after several emails I found out that I had been way too stupid.

Extrem caution.

    Yeah it's true you should be careful with a man named Eric Cister. One time I was looking for an affordable apartment in The Netherlands via website called Marktplaats and I saw a luxury but affordable apartment that was claimed to be his. I was sending him several e-mail to his mail address that is eric.cister@gmail.com concerning the apartment. He said that he is currently on leave to Italy and would send me the key so I could take a look at it. The key he said was in UK and he said that if I wanna take a look at it I should paid the delivery service of the key and a pre-payment as well. Once I disagree with the apartment he would send me back the money. It almost cost me about 600 euro. One time I take a look all by myself to the apartment address and I found out that it was belong to someone else. Then I check on the internet and found out that the website called Royal Rentals where I should transferred the money is a fraud. I really hope that somebody doesn't has to go through like this..

    We have faced the same with this Eric Cister. Thanks for everybody who posted here - we haven't sent any money, but it's definitely a fraud, beware!

    Hi all, same occurs again at www.kleinanzeigen.ebay.de where Eric Cister offered a 2 year old Honda Jazz with less than 12.000 km for 7.000€. Same story - he supposedly got divorced and moved to London where a left-hand steering wheel car would not sell. Sent pictures of a car but no readable license plates but no copy of car documents and again asked for a transport to Germany via trucking-co (their website cited phone number is not operating, the quoted email adress does not work either...) -- > hands off of such "bargain" offers via internet ! He insists on ahead-payment via Western Union to the attention of one of my relatives but if he had the transaction code I am sure the money would have withdrawn by him and was lost. "no, no, no, no copies!" was his reply when I insisted that I wanted to see emailed scans of the cars documents...     Here is a fake advert for a Volvo V70 from Erik Cister again, this time on www.mobile.de. He's using a fake name of private person in Dülmen.

    Indications for the cheat:
    - The price for this Volvo V70 is way too low
    - No telephone number
    - reply by mail in foreign language and no contact data as requested.

    Beware of this man.

    wäre fast auf diesen penner reingefallen habe das geld geschickt und im die transfer nummer gegeben nachdam er mir eine kopie seines passes geschickt hat und erst danach habe ich seinen namen gegooglet ich bin sofort zur nächsten western union filiale gefahren die noch offen war (60km entfernt) und habe den auftrag gott sei dank noch rechtzeitig stoniert. glück gehabt. eric cister merkt euch diesen namen. er hat mir dann eine email geschickt mit dem inhalt I dont trust you ( ich vertraue dir nicht) so ein mieses ars....loch

    Yes, indeed, I think this will be exactly the same fake company. Their website looks first-of-all o.k. but try to find their adress or phone number and then try to contact them via phone or email ....

    Danke für das Posten eurer Erfahrungen. Bei mir und meinem Bruder haben sie es unter dem Namen Albert Miller versucht mit einem Dacia Duster. Es wurde sogar eine Ausweiskopie geschickt. Wir waren interessiert, also hat er den wie oben beschriebenen Transfer eingeleitet, da haben wir geantwortet dass wir kein Interesse mehr haben. Dann wurde sofort mit Polizei, Anwalt und Interpol gedroht, na klar... Als nächstes steht James Bond vor unserer Tür und holt uns direkt ab....
