Charged for damage I didn't cause

Could I recommend to everyone that YOU SHOULD NOT use Europcar for any car rentals!  I recently hired a car to drive from Heathrow to my local airport and delivered the car in perfect condition. Three days later I received a bill for nearly £400 for repairs for a scratch. The car company gave me photos once the car had been moved not where we left it .  no chance to see this scratch and had obviously done it themselves then decided to blame me and make me pay for their damages. They are refusing to give me this money back. As usual no one was there to hand the car back in, so we are easy targets to pay for their mistakes. We are taking legal action but it’s not really what we need to end our holiday on. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST CAR RENTAL COMPANY.
