I am writing to express my displeasure with Char-Broil. In the past I've enjoyed their grills but recently (2-5 yrs.) it's been a disappointment. I bought this grill 2 yrs. ago and thought it would last me a while. I keep it covered and take care of it. The interior of the grill is a rusted mess, unsuitable for cooking on. I went to the store where I purchased the grill (Lowes). They sell replacement parts, but not the grates or burner covers that fit my grill. Yet there are other grates and replacement burner covers. I asked an associate at the store for suggestions and he said they don't sell parts for that model, he said I could try Char-Boils website. He also said the price for replacement parts is about the same price as a new grill. I think that is RIDICULOUS! Again I've been loyal to Char-Broil throughout the years, but if this is my only option I will have no choice but to buy another brand. I contacted Char-Broil but have still not received a response back.
