I went to Silverton KFC on Sunday 22 April 2012 to buy lunch for my family. I ordered 4 Large Zinger Pops, which they did not have (no zinger available) and was then charges R6-00 per order for Fruit Chutney, which I did not order. I ordered also 4 regular rounders, just to be informed that they did not have buns. Out of 2 types of food, both of what I ordered was not available. This was the second time that I had to buy food at KFC that was not our first choice. The children were not happy at all and that includes me as well. For a take away that I have supported all my life, it is very, very disappointing.

Drive thru only one window open. Long rows. Card machine not working. No Coleslaw. Poor service.
Car infront of us had to turn back. Didn't get half the order.
Really poor management.
Very unpleasant experience. :(
