I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact this company, Peak Life, at their Customer Service number. Each time I am put on hold because "All Customer Service Reps are busy...". I once waited on hold for 28 minutes!!! I want my order cancelled NOW! DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE SOMNAPURE!

I have notified my credit card company to accept no further charges from you. I am politely requesting a confirmation by email to reflect an acknowledgment of this cancellation. If you, meaning Peak Life, do not comply. I will be forced to take legal action; and believe me, I can and will go to great lengths to see that my interests are protected. THE LAST PLACE YOU WANT MEET ME IS IN A COURT OF LAW. So, please, do yourselves a favor; CANCEL THIS ORDER NOW.
