My first cluse they are full of [***] was this. When I received their packet in the mail it said "to cancel your membership before the end of the trial period simply call or visit our website. I visited the website and there is no link offered to cancel membership. In fact, there in no mention whatsoever anywhere on the page regarding how one might cancel their membership. I called the number provided and whoever answered said "call back after 3:00, and hung up. I've discovered that's usually a pretty good sign of [***] when any membership webpage, whether it be an online video club, or any so-called service at all that requires membership, does not have a link or button to cancel your membership. I've seen this many times where the terms and conditions shpeel says "simply visit our webpage to cancel at any time" and there is absolutely no direction or even mention of cancellation on the page. Just more [***] on top of [***]. And that's all American Auto Discounts is......[***]!

There is a long history of complaints tying them to a telemarketing call center in Mumbai, India, with a history of fraudulent telemarketing complaints going back years. Sort of your "one stop shopping" for telemarketing fraud.
They said you could cancel.
They made sure you couldn't, which is common with cramming scams.
That was deceptive, so their charges are fraudulent.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute any charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
