My account number, #10026755578.  I received the above book which I did not order & do not want.  There is no reference as to how to return the book & no covered postage.  This is mail fraud & I will not pay for the book nor will I be stuck paying the postage on an unwanted item.  Please contact me in regards to this matter & also remove me from any future mailings.

    It's an order cramming scam..
    It is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It's a form of mail fraud.
    If they're billing you for stuff you didn't order, file fraud complaints with FTC, yours state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
