This company constantly calls from different numbers. When I get a real person, they hang up when I tell them to stop calling. They call my home and cell every day

This company keeps calling my cell telling me my card is fine but they would like to help me lower my rates and please press 1, when I do I get a person and when I ask them to stop calling they hang up, when they called yesterday I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a discussion the young man asked me to please hold, I got music for 20 minutes so I hung up. When you try to call the number that shows up on yours caller ID there is a message saying it has been disconnected. I do not have a credit card or a mortgage so they are lying.
I am having the same problem! They keep calling and telling me they are with member services from my credit card so I asked which one and they gave me all names! Funny because I don't have a MasterCard or discover!! They said they are calling to lower my rates to 3.9. I told him great go ahead! Don't call me again unless you want a lawsuit! He responded "do what you gotta do!" when you call the number back it's not in service!
