Want my money back

I never ordered this and you took out $29.95 for Oct. Nov and Dec. totaling $149.75. This is not right and I can't afford having money taken out of my bank ,I am on a fix income. Please send me a check remibursting me for money u stole from me. If I do not receive any of my money I will take this matter further.
