I signed up to receive a sample of the sleep product on April 21, 2013, and haven't received it, and I don't want to be put on their continued shipping each month list.   I need a telephone number to contact them.

    Happened to me many times with many different sellers.  
    Just file a dispute and under reason : select you didn't receive item

    And for details : write when u ordered, what date you were supposed to receive it (usually 5-10 business days that's Monday to Friday weekends don't count) look at a calendar and state which date it was suppose to arrive and point out how many days late it is, then tell them (regardless if u actually try to contact the seller or not) tell them u attempted to contact seller to resolve and got no response


    Done! I've never got suckered into paying for a product I didn't receive. And if its expensive I even get my CAD TO USD and exchange fees refunded!
