I opened an account with citi bank for sending money to my family and I had plans to invest some money in Indian shares.I am having a online logging problem. I contacted several times by email to citi bank. Every time they are asking me day an time when I tried to logged in. Strange thing is that in this computer age, citi bank is unable to find out how many people tried to hit their bank website, especially if they have the name of person and his account number. Every time they are giving me general suggestions regarding the login, that 10th grade student also knows. Even I tried all those what they said but still it is not working. For every email, they are answering after 2-3 days. I invested $1000 in citi bank, I suppose to send it to my family. I dont want to say this but its a fact that because of "CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE" and very very very "INEFFICIENT AND POOR CITI BANK MANAGEMENT" I couldn't use that money to pay my mom's hospital bills.

I want to give this message to the citi bank management, if they can do something for me.

    Dear Sir,
    Its a management policy to utilize maximum time of NRIs. because in each time you login from outside India, we earn some amounts of money and some percentage going direct to managers pocket.

    Its a naked truth.
