Call center operation, perports to be Walgreens.
Since Walgreens has no means of contacting corporate offices concerning inquirys, (they only allow inquirys concerning the website or a store) We have to assume they condone & likely pay for these persistant unwelcome calls.
And, by the way, when pressed, they admit they are attempting to sell something, NOT making a courtesy call as they might get you to believe.

    History back to 12-2008 indicating it is some survey company calling for Walgreens.  Probably is.

    As a prior 'valued' customer, they wanted to sign me up for auto-refill (which they said was a free service), but when asked to verify address and physician, I got antsy ans looked the incoming number up on web and found this site. I think it's probably ligit and they invited me to enroll in the refill program in the store. Very nice person, but I don't like getting these sorts of calls, especially on my cell.

    Walgreens calling 3-4 times a day. I finally called them & got a valued customer message. At the end they do give you an option, press #1, to talk with a representative. I did & gripped them out because they were calling my cell phone not my home phone. I was told that they had gotten my number thru there automated system when I called in for an automated refill.. Who knows but the calls have stopped...for now.....

    Received call claiming it was Walgreens and they wanted to transfer me to my local pharmacy to verify my medical records!?! I said that it was not a good time and to call back at a certain time, which they agreed to do but did not - until 2 days later. That 2nd call I ignored and they did not leave a message.
    This does not sound appropriate to me. My medical history and pharmacy needs are between me and my prescribing doctor, and the local Walgreens I shop at.
    The fact that the above poster states that they admit they are attempting to sell something makes the thing sound not legit - more like information phishing.

    the people who work on biscayne and 90th street in miami are the rudest worker ever they don't say hi or bye
    they don't smile  and very unfriendly the mgr is never in the store he don't care never ever again will i
    shop at a walgreen store they lost my pics from 40 years ago and they don't care too bad for nothing they
    can do they told me what a shame.

    I have shopped at the6020  locstion in mil wi for over15yrs. recentky a youbg man nsmed aaron helped me.what  delughtful young man. i had a issue a few days ago and wanted to talk to aaron. i was informed that aaron no longer works at that location . he had been transferred. i will no longer be shopping at wslgreens. the only way i will be going back to walgreens is if you bring aaron bsvk to6020. you have lost a very valued custimer. i will be writing a letter to your didtruct and corpirate offices

    Painfully refused
    I  today stopped a Walgreens located between my dr office an mother inlaws home in sicklerville nj on crosskeys rd. I am over 40 , self employeed male presently  expecting a baby anyday an staying at inlaws while my house is being painted for my child's arrival .unfortunatly I have 3 herniated disc an a bulg in which ; 5 mil oc codeine was prescribed . At 5 pm the pharmusist turned me away bc I  don't live in the area as I explained my circumstance , which made no difference . I suffered with pain bc of a zip code what if I were elderly on the same med I feel like I'm being discriminated against for relieving pain

    West palm beach century village pharamist a woman is the rudest.  person i have ever met.  had hip replacement went for med won't give to me even with dr prescription.  will never shop walgreens ever again.    too bad company does not care.

    Waited in store for prescription to be filled for 45mins nobodyeles in store pharmacy and still havent got script filled we still waiting.

    you call Walgreen give your info for prescription  they say ok in one hour. you call in one hour they say.Who you talk to.     Again Walgreens offers 20% off of beauty and personal care products. Incontinence products are listed on your site as personal care. Somewhere is the great beyond there is a list of restrictions and again when I called incontinence products are not 20% off. I wonder if AARP that Walgreens claims to be so connected and concerned with knows that they offer an entire array of non essentials items but discriminate against the disabled by restricting products they must use on a daily basis. What is wrong with this picture!

    My grandson has the flu and the phamarcy said it wasn't there problem.  The site is down and went on to the cell phone in her hand. Well, that's not customer service and I will never never do any business at a Walgreens. But who really cares. They should have done anything they could to get the Meds to my grandson even if calling the local dr rather than it being down or no concern well one day it maybe your family and I pray your treated the same way.     Walgreens in Lakeway, Texas used to be friendly and efficient.  The male pharmacist there is rude and looks down on you if you are on pain meds.  He is not even trying to hide his rudeness.  I have never been spoken to like this from a pharmacist EVER!  And this guy is in charge of my health??  Cannot complain to store until I move all of our prescriptions to a new pharmacy as this guy is the manager.  No one to complain to that would do anything.  No more Walgreens for me after 25 years.

    Walgreens in LEH N J doesn't seem to understand what SPECIAL means. They could not be bothered to go the extra mile to get my Autistic grandsons' medicine mailed to him, stating they didn't know when Fedex would be coming.
