Loan Modofication

Bank of America hold me for two years , every time I used to call it was a different rep , this carried out for two years , I had to hire a lawyer and she had the results finally two years later I received a package from BOA for them to rise from 30 years to 40 years I was in 5.25 APR , they go down to  4.75APR, Where is our President to help us out , BOA they do not help nobody
