I don't let them get far enough when they cannot identify the company they are representing

I am sick and tired of these calls.  I am on the DNC registry.  I have threatened to call AG.  How do you get them to stop?  Don't tell me to not answer my phone as I work for a national company and also receive many medical provider telephone calls that are important.
