Terrible customer service in agaudilla pr office

THE REP AT THIS LOCATION WAS RUDE & THE PRICE THAT I WAS GIVEN WITH AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WAS SO CALLED JUST AN ESTIMATE NOT A TOTAL PRICE, THE PRICE OF THE CAR WENT FROM $162 TO $183 WITHOUT ANY EXTRAS INCLUDED. NOW I HAVE RENTED IN THE PAST WITH OTHER CAR RENTAL COMP & IF I WAS GIVEN A PRICE WITH AN EMAIL CONF IT WAS GUARANTEED, BUT IN THIS CASE THE FRONT DESK REP SAID THAT IT WAS JUST AN ESTIMATE & NOT THE TOTAL PRICE. I SAID FINE LET ME SEE THE CAR & IT WAS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, IT HAD CIG BURNS ON THE SEAT, A FEW BIG DENTS ON THE OUTSIDE, RADIO DIDN'T WORK, DROVE THE CAR ABOUT 3 BLOCKS & IT SHOOKED SO BAD THAT I DECIDED TO JUST RETURN THE CAR. AFTER RETURNING THE CAR & COMP ABOUT THE CAR THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME, THE RUDE FRONT DESK REP SAID THAT SHE HAD TO CHARGE ME $65 FOR USING THE CAR. I TOLD HER THAT THE CAR WAS NOT WORKING PROP & THAT I JUST WANTED MY FULL REFUND, AFTER AGREEING WITH ME SHE STILL DECIDED TO CHARGE MY CC. I WILL NEVER RENT WITH THIS COMP AGAIN ESPECIALLY IN THE AGUADILLA PR OFFICE, FRONT DESK REP NAME WAS CARMEN WITH TERRIBLE CUST SERVICE SKILLS. PLS AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER. RENTED ON 5/17/12
