Unsafe driver

June 2, 2014 - driver traveling Westbound on Westpark Tollway, exited Mason Rd, the turned on Fry Rd heading toward I-10. Driving >50 mph in a 35 mph zone and past a school. Dangerously changing lanes with emergency flashers on. Attempted to call all local numbers for CocaCola and reached voicemail assigned to ''bailout" when selecting the option 'to speak with someone immediately'.
