I hope this will help people who are having trouble with free trials that end up getting further billings unexpectedly
I believe this is how free trial works:
First they offer u a crazy low price/ or just s&h and usually a period of 14-30 days to try it out and if u are not satisfied u can just return unused or empty container and do not get billed for further orders
But
Their 14-30 days start counting the day they processed the order: meaning as soon as payment is received and they ship out the clock has already been ticking (most people are under the assumption the time starts on the date they receive shipment)
So by the time they get to you? Note that for THEM the 5-10 days to receive your shipment is Monday to Friday and weekends don't count, but for YOU your days include weekends, so u basically have 1 day or none at all, to cancel, assuming you get your shipment in 10 days (Monday to Friday, plus weekend, two weeks of weekdays is 14 days)
So then u try it for 14 days and they didn't hear from you cuz u never expect them to start counting on the day your ordered, so then u go to cancel (for whatever the reason) and instead u find they'd billed and shipped a new order out
Hope this helps explain how FREE TRIALS WORK, they are never free and the only way to get it absolutely free is to CANCEL AS SOON AS FREE ITEM HAS SHIPPED OUT, this ensures u are within your 14 days
