OVERPRICED REPAIR

Called A&E to service/repair Maytag Fridge. Icemaker not working properly. Wife was Home when tech came in. Looked at the Fridge and listened to it for 2 minutes. Without any devices he 'diagnosed"  the "problem". So he insisted that she will have him replace the compressor for $600 or she would be calling him that weekend to comeback and fix it. Icemaking repair was $339.99. I am ok with companies making a profit. Not trying to rip people off. Icemaker part was refurbished. and sold to us for over $200.00.

I Had another appointment for the same company to check our double oven, Tech called saying it was running late, Time proposed came and went and no tech. I will not use them again.
