Refund

I was charged double on my credit card August 3, 2015 and was assured a refund of $139.00.  My business is Belton Christian Church, 409 Airway Lane, Belton, Missouri, 64012.  I have waited and I have called, still no refund!  I have a refund request number 115 827 85047.  I last spoke to Rose at 877-350-4141.  Please send the refund - we are a  small business and cannot afford this cost.  Thank you.  Karen Simmons, Belton Christian Church
