Direct TV sales representative talked me into unnecessary upgrades for only a $99 installation fee and 7/mon equipment charge. When I received my bill, I was charged $398 of additional fees for devices that I didn't even need. I asked the billing account representative to prove to me that I agreed to the fees billed by reviewing the recorded phone call and they could not reproduce the call or anything that stated that I agreed to the fees. They refused to refund the amount in dispute and when I told them to take back the devices and refund me, they said they would take the devices back, but no refund would be issued. This is a company that should be held accountable to their customers for their deceptive sales and billing practices.
