I took a plane from( NJ) Newark International airport today, and suddently the costumer service told the passangers that it was a delay do to a bad weather from Frankfur Germany.. The airplane was suppost leave around 12:45pm and the plane arrived around 2:10pm... Two hours different from the schedule , I took that delay airplane and i arrived to Miami to 5:15pm. Then, I needed to have a flight connection to Panama city... The lady who worked for United airlines didn't want to help with that instead she makes feel stupid and she couldn't do anything. On the other hand, Copa airlines told me that they were not responsible for the United Airlines fault delay... So can someone explain to me , how is possible that Copa and United airlines worked together and none of them , are able to be professional in helping passengers.. They seem careless , naughty and very poor quality of working professionally... I'm so dissapointed it is the first time that this had happened to me.........
