MOVIE AND TITLE NOT CORRESPONDING

For a very long time, I have noticed when I am searching or watching a movie and press the info button to see what it is about, I notice that the information and title does not correspond with the movie/series which is on that channel at that precise moment.  In December when phoning in, I was told they were trying to fix it, which they subsequently did but this is happening rather frequently.  Any idea why this happens so frequently.  Could the person in charge kindly sort out once and for all?
