want to cancel "free trial" and the phone is not stop busy

I have been calling 1-801-208-7485 for 2 days ...the phone is busy all the time....i want to cancel my order...I do not want any more colon cure sent to me.

    Send them written notice of cancellation, noting the original date you tried to contact them, and that they did not answer their phone.  Send it certified, for proof of your mailing date.

    Then close your account, to prevent further unauthorized charges.  If there are any charges on your account past the date you attempted to cancel, dispute them in writing thru your bank.

    It should come as no surprise that their phone is constantly busy.  Even if you could have gotten thru, they would probably have tried to talk you out of it, put barriers in the way of your cancellation, and probably even "lost" any record of your phone call.  "Free trials" are just a sham to get your account number and keep charging you for shipments indefinitely, anyway.

    In closing your account, notify your bank, in writing, that you are closing it due to unauthorized charges, and that the merchant has refused to respond.  Indicate that the charges made after your attempt to contact them to cancel are unauthorized, and that this company has a history of making unauthorized charges.

    You should not be using your bank account, or even debit or check cards tied to it, to make purchases from companies you do not know and trust.  In fact, you should close all debit and check cards, and only use credit cards for on-line or retail purchases, due to the risk of this sort of scam.  Such scams are widespread in the on-line "health and beauty" product industry.

    I am having the same problem with them. I am sending a certified letter and have stopped furthur withdrawls from my account by contacting my bank. Good luck!

    I to have been scammed! Trying to reach these people is impossible, and they strike like thiefs in the night. The product does not work and to take money from honest people. I wonder if the number can be traced through the phone company.

    I have been calling this number 1-801-208-7485 for 5 days now, no matter what time of day I call, except after hours do I get an answer,then it is  a message they are closed call back during bussiness hours. I have called my credit card service and they are disputing it for me and I will send a regestered letter also.

    I have tried for the past two days call and cancel.  I am put on hold and them disconected before it's my turn to speak to a live person.

    I contacted my credit card company and was also told to write to the company and send the letter certified/receipt requested.

    If they ding my card I will dipute the charges and I'll have proof that the company didn't respond to my request to cancel the future orders.

    are thiefs i went for the free trial i got 89,00 taken out of my account i dint finish yet they told at my face fone they dont accetp returns

    try calling 1-866-370-7270  that is one of the numbers that worked for me but hte othere ones that show up do not.
