Misleading statements when joining. Won't renegotiate. Difficult to cancel

When I originally joined I was told I could use any location.  To my surprise when I went to another location I was told that I could not use their llocation unless I paid an extra fee.  When you want to cancel you have to go to the original location to do so. You can't cancel online.  How ridiculous!  They try and talk you into putting a freeze on your account for $10 a month for three months.  Then you can unfreeze and they'll give you a whopping $4.95 off of your monthly bill.  Meanwhile, they are offering new clients $20 a month less then what a longstanding client has been paying.
