Crystal from Consumer Services claim they are THE credit card company that provides all cards. Claims she's from the interest reduction department and called me a "dumb [***]" because I didn't press the #2 option to remove my number. I have pressed #2 over two dozen times. It doesn't matter. They call EVERY DAY. Sometimes they hang up. Sometimes they argue with me because I don't want to reduce my interest rates. HELLO! I don't have a credit card. WHY?
