Their constant calls is bordering harassment. Whether you answer or the answer machine picks up, no one is there and they disconnect versus leaving any message

"GlobalReachInt" is the Do Not Call violator with the most complaints on this site. They appear to be some Phillipines based telemarketing call center, and they have been reported to be selling things like "government grant" scams, or "internet business" scams, but most of the time they are reported to just ring and hang up, 10 to 20 times a day. File complaints with FTC for Do Not Call violations.
There are boxes you can get that are inserted between your incoming phone line and the rest of your phones. Like an answering machine, they play a message, but they can be programmed to require punching in a code to ring through to either your phones, your answering machine, or your fax.
You leave a message disclosing what code to punch in (say, 4 digits), and unless a human calls who can understand and follow that, none of your phones will ring. Blocks all autodialed calls from ringing, since the autodialers are too stupid.
Several companies make them. They are about $100.
The other possibilities are devices like "telezapper" or a recording of the "disconnected number" message (the 3 tones), to signal the autodialer that your line is disconnected. This may cause your number to be taken off their call list.
Alternatively, file a complaint with your phone company, and change your number.
