scam

on Tues 8/3 someone called with a very thick accent stating i had taken out a payday loan and had failed to repay my obligation.  and that the case was being turned over to an attorney.  He had my name address phone number.  He stated the date of this transaction was 10/10/2010 and the amount was for 250.00.  I explained repeatedly i HAVE NEVER taken out a payday loan with this company,  he continued to try to talk over me and would not allow me to finish a sentence without interrupting me and yelling at me, so i continued to yell back.  So today 8/5/2011 @ 337pm cst someone stating hes from an attorneys office and has my case file in front of him says that i have failed to repay my debt,  he too kept interrupting me and yelling at me i finally got him to shut up long enough for me to ask when this loan occurred and he tells me it was on 7/21/2011 in the amount of 250.00.  I told him i thought that was funny seeing how someone called me 2 days ago with a totally different date.  he continued to yell at me and stated that if i had a dispute i would have to get an attorney and take that up in court.  I said ok give me your address, he wanted to know why, I said i have to have an address to send the papers too.  he said I didnt need his address, and that he did not have to provide me with loan papers showing a signature or proof of any kind that i had received this loan.  I asked for the address again so my attorney could sent him papers and he hung up on me.  what a scam.  they cant even get their facts straight.
