A discusting scam this is, as Instaflex deceives you with the "free" trial [***] and then proceeds to charge $74+ to your credit card. I talked to their "Support" and was informed that I could not return the first bottle but the second was within the timeframe. I am contacting my bank to discuss my options.

How do these people live with themselves? To make a living screwing people over must be quite rewarding. And to require such as scam to lure people into buying their product speaks volumes about what they think of said product. If it actually worked, no deceptive marketing would be needed. To see the number of complaints against you - which can only be a fraction of the people hurt by your scam - speaks volumes about you and your pathetic company.

You absolutely correct this is a SCAM.  I accepted their on line offer of a tral bottle and paid the shipping of $5.00 with my credit card.  I did not solicit additional shippments nor did I authorize them to use my credit card for anything more than shipping costs for the trial offer. Well needless to say today while I was on line with my bank I noticed their unauthorized charge of $74.98 for a one month supply of pills  which I did not order.  They did tell me when I called that their fine print says they will ship additional monthly pills but I said I didn't accept that offer and want my account credited. They did cancell my "non participation" and once I "get the bottle of pills" I can return them for full credit.  This is crap and they intend to trap people with their "fine print" while all the while you thing you only ordered a trial bottle for the cost of shipping.  If you really want the junk you can buy it a GNC stores.

ALWAYS ALWAYS read your fine print ladies and gentlemen.  Anytime they offer a free trial on anything and you pay shipping there will be a time frame that you have to cancel or they will automatically ship you monthly orders if you don't cancel right away.   I too learned the hardway with another product.  You can buy this at GNC and I just started taking it.

Please cancel my subscripton to the automatic shipment of the Instaflex product.  I use it and think it helps, but I can buy it cheaper at the local GNC stores , SO I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, BUT CANNOT FIND OUT WHERE TO CANCEL AS THERE IS NO INFORMATION ANYWHERE TO CANCEL AND LIVING OUT OF THER CONTINENTAL US, THE 877 NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.  PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE THIS MONTHS SUPPLY AS THE BANK HAS BEEN NOTIFIED NOT TO ALLOW THE CHARGE. PLEASE CANCEL AND CONFIRM.

This is a common fraudulent "health product" charge cramming scam.

There is no reliable way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.

File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

FTC recently shut down a similar group of scams run by Jesse Willms.
