Did not ship water filters

On their site (FiltersFast.com) they are saying "In stock! Ships in 1 business day". It is fifth day already and they still did not send water filters I ordered.

I had to call them today to find out what is going on. They told me that the items were in stock, but did not provide any explanation why they did not ship them. They also could not say when they are going to send me the water filters I ordered. Unbelievable.

I will wait for a couple more days and if they do not send me the filters I will cancel the order.

Do not trust them when they say "Ships in 1 business day" they are lying.

    Ticked off in Texas
    I have a better one than Mike, I ordered from Filters Fast or filtersfast.com.  I ordered July 1, 2012 and when I did not receive the order a week later, I called them.  They said the filters were backordered.  

    Then on July 19th, I received only 1 of the 4 filters ordered.  I called and was told that I would receive the other 3 Fed Ex 2 day.  Of course with was a Thursday night so Fed Ex 2 day was actually 5 days or Tuesday.  

    Guess what, they were not delivered on Tuesday either.  Today July 25th, I requested a credit card refund for the filters I did not receive from the order I placed on the 1st!

    This company has no accountability toward their customers and their supervisors are ill equipped to handle any issue.  Very disappointed.  

    FiltersFast should be renamed FiltersSlowAsMolasses with employees that just give you lip service!
