i like  the  Haier products..  but  the  customer service was very poor.
bought the  microwave.  in  good  faith.  .stop working. called the  store. manager said  bring it  back.  went  back  next day and  when i showed up. it  was  the liquidators. Nothing  they can do. and my message  to  them  was  a big  joke..
so  haier  has  the my money..  and i thought  they would  pay  for  a  service  dept  to  check it out.  but  they also  said  .  nothing  can b done  because  the store  YOU BOUGHT IT AT IS  OUT OF  BUSINESS.
I  bought  another Haier  at  Macy's..  
the other one  .  is  sitting in  the  garage..   waiting  for  a reply from haier !!!!

Provide as many details as possible, i.e. date of purchase, when the failure was first noticed, model number, etc.
