You can apply for an Offer In Compromise (OIC) And May Choose Payment Arrangement Options Mention Below:
i) You can clear this debt by paying $300.00 today as (OIC) Offer In Compromise
ii) You can submit $640.00 in payments ($160.00 x 4 Installments starting from today, to hold the case)

I'm glad I googled this because I do not remember getting any loan with this company at all. He had my job info and the last four of my social. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. Please watch out everyone.
