bad quality of the furniture supplied

I bought fitted kitchen and fitted wardrobe at McCarron and Co. They do as they say luxury items. But in fact when it arrived it turned out that it was not of proper dimensions as per his home sizes, there were many errors in design and production. When I started arguing about the faulty goods McCarrons stated that what they produce is not goods under Consumer Rights Act 2015 what means you as consumer dealing with McCarrons are not protected by the Act in respect of quality of their products, your rights to reject the products, to repair them etc. As McCarrons state they do not produce goods they do construction works of fitted furniture and they create part of your home (immovable property!) and their products are not under the Act statutory provisions. So, if you ordered products from McCarrons you are forced to accept what they delivered and installed regardless of quality, dimensions, colour etc until the installation of faulty elements is complete but when it completed it becomes immovable property and cannot be repaired or removed at all! So, you are not entitled to argue about the quality of their products, wrong dimensions, wrong colour, faulty design, improper fitting etc. In fact this is for them not for you to decide what is of satisfactory quality, what fits your property and what is not!!! The worst company I've ever met in my life!
