pleasently surprised

I had a microwave that was making an annoying noise, it ended up being the transformer but before A&E came out the first time, I read all of these complaints and I didn't even want this company to come.  They were scheduled to come out, they didn't show so I called and the man and he  said they'd be here at 6:00 pm and at 7:30 still no call and no show.  I called Lowes and they set it up for 2 days later to have another company come out.  They showed up on time, called before hand and fixed the problem right on the spot.  He had the part on the truck.  The man was kind, patient, clean, and took the time to do things right.  The clencher is, it was A&E.  I was shocked when an A&E truck showed up in my driveway.  I said nothing about any complaints I had read, kept a positive attitude and the whole experience was great.  It tought me to not prejudge.
