Service delivery

I ruth went kfc on the 6th of january 2017 and i was served by mashudu at sammy marks square and i encounted a problem with the order and i asked to talk with the maneger who did not even wear a name bardge by i got her name that it was thato, told her the story of what had happend  and insterd of her handeling the matter she turns to me and say i'm a lier and then she goes up stars ,cames back still don't communicate with me grabs the meat at the back n say take your meat , throughs it to me and say we gave you the right order and then walks away. I was not treated as a costomer but a lier
