Multiple calls a week for over a year to wrong number

These calls started around March 2024. It is now May 2025 - so over a YEAR.
They keep asking for a "Patty Harlan", but I have never known a Patty Harlan. I have explained this numerous times, I've tried multiple methods to get my point across, and yet I am STILL receiving multiple phone calls each WEEK!
The last one was just a few minutes ago, and I was able to get all of this information before the guy hung up:
Employee name: David Wright
Employee ID: RF 2016
Works for: Visa / Mastercard Services - Card Member Services
Return phone number: 800-847-2911
