postcards & phone calls

I get the same postcards from St. Charles, Missouri 3 a week. The phone calls come from 1-859-966-2504. I can't find it on the internet but when you call this number you actually get a person. When you ask to be removed they just hang up. if I find this company I'm going to sue the pants right off of them for undo stress and harrasment.
