send text screan turns blue with odd saying

when i text to someone i have to save it as a draft before i can send it to the person. if i do send it the normal way the screen turns blue and odd things occur on the screen. such as o-o-contacts _memory. . . and i have to take the battery out to stop the screen and turn it off to get rid of the blue screen. also when i first got the product at the bottom of the screen there was dead pixils.
