Price Gouging

We've used these people before for warranty work on appliances. This time, however, our refrigerator was 3 months out of warranty. The ice supply door had broken on a side by side refrigerator. This company wanted $180 for a $60 part to fix a small operating part of an $850 refrigerator, then charged $65 for dropping by when we declined this "deal."

Massive ripoff--will never call them again.
