why are the costumer executives of airtel so weak? I dont mean to say dat my english is good but why am i not been able to communicate properly with the costumer care executives? Why cant they satisfy the needs of the costumers? Where are they when we need them? Why do they allow me to call them only twice a day? And what happened to thier promises saying dat they av deactivated hungamaclub super store? My balance got deducted again just like for the past few days. I call them everyday, they'll say that the service has been deactivated but, nothing. Are this costumere care people so dumb? I think sum1 sud check into the matter.
