Service was setup but did not get me the price that I wanted

I left Tmobile to go to Sprint and Sprint promise me a certain monthly price of around $215-225 dollars a month happen to look at my first month bill and its 282. Tried going back to the General Manager of the sprint store and they have been ignoring me since I signed up on 2/13/2018. Someone needs to contact me immediately I will cancel this sprint phone service immediately. 9175187520
