   So after 8 years I get a notice in the mail stating my check is being garnished do to a membership a Bally's total gym . Form mind you eight years ago I in fact did not use the membership do to the loss of my job, I was told that I could cancel the membership at anytime , at the time I signed up I was acting on a free trial that gave me maybe two weeks of free gym time . I didn't use any at all I even cancelled do to my on employment , this is sick that their employee trick me cause this membership I signed was no were near a basic membership, now I have a court order notifying me that I owe them 3,345.73 and that my check is going to be garnished up to two 10% regardless of using  there gym or not.
