These people call me everyday, sometimes several times a day. I have pressed 1 and spoken to numerous reps. When i tell them i have never owned a credit card they hang up. I have even gone along with the scam and made up info and asked for all this in a letter and they hang up. Im going to see if i can contact Dateline and see if they can make these people public. I am on the Do Not Call list, but they call anyway.

Keep reporting as many scammers as you can.
By now its obvious, there are many groups of these criminals running the “cardholder services” scam.
Her's a mentally deranged “cardholder services Employee” vaguely indicates they aren’t doing ”Rachel” any more!, Yeah right!- ”skeletons in their closet”. (Judgement Free 9 Jan 2012)
