Just found this charge on a card that my wife and I shared. When I asked what she purchased today she said nothing. When I called the number on my statement, I learned we have been billed 24.95 since June 2016. They could not explain what we bought that would incur a monthly charge. This should be illegal!

    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
