Bacon Burger

I went to Wendy's a few months ago and ordered a Bacon Burger Combo.  I got the sandwish home and the cheese wrapper had been booked on the sandwich.  I contact the store and they said they would replace it and apologized.  I went to the store to get a replacement about a few weeks later and they told me they didn't have my name anywhere on a board to give me a replacement.  I was so upset.  They did not give me my food in an etible manor and they did not replace anything after the I couldn't eat the product I purchased.  Now I won't eat a wendy's anymore.
