International roaming not working in USA

I have an Airtel number 967-907-8228 on iPhone 7. I am visiting the USA and have signed up for the prepaid international roaming pack. But I am not able to make any calls to India. I do see AT&T as the available service on the iPhone status bar. Does anybody have a solution?
